The more inclusive,
People and ideas, both.
When we talk about being inclusive at ADP, it goes beyond corporate speak. Diversity is built in to everything we do. We are driven by the collective power of ideas from our 57,000 associates who all have different perspectives to share.
Our commitment in a fast-changing world.
Competing globally means understanding what different businesses (and their employees) want and need to be productive and successful. The same goes for our own company and the things that matter to you. Like benefits that fit individual needs, respect for multiculturalism and supplier diversity. We also support global and community programs that empower transitioning military veterans, young people and people with disabilities.
Building strong partnerships.
We sponsor a number of professional organizations that help us attract and develop diverse talent in all areas of our business. Some of our partnerships include:
Not just talk. Action.
Our senior leadership team reflects the diversity of our workforce and the global marketplace we serve. We are firmly focused on ensuring that all great talent – regardless of age, race, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual preference or other human characteristic – has an opportunity to contribute to ADP’s success.
2016 Working Mother of the Year: Laura Brown
In honor of our selection as one of the “100 Best Companies,” we also celebrated our own “2016 Working Mother of the Year”: Laura Brown, Senior Vice President and General Manager for ADP’s Major Account Services.
Laura is not only a role model for integrating her demanding career at ADP with her family priorities, but she is also an inspirational leader who is an active participant and board member in our Women in Leadership Group which provides advice and support for women at all levels of their career. Laura believes in always leaving things better than she found them, and she’s doing that at ADP. We are proud of Laura Brown, one of the 2016 Working Mothers of the Year!
No glass ceilings here.
This year, our Women in Leadership event brought together 180+ female executives from ADP offices around the world. The three-day forum included prominent speakers on the topics of leadership and personal development and a half-day dedicated to social responsibility.
Food for the mind and soul: That’s how we do it here.

Sharing what we have in common.
A love of fun. A passion for our work. And the inspiration we get from one another.
Learning from each other.
