The more inclusive,
the better.
People and ideas, both.
When we talk about being inclusive at ADP, it goes beyond corporate speak. Diversity is built in to everything we do. We are driven by the collective power of ideas from our 57,000 associates who all have different perspectives to share.
Our commitment in a fast-changing world.
Competing globally means understanding what different businesses (and their employees) want and need to be productive and successful. The same goes for our own company and the things that matter to you. Like benefits that fit individual needs, respect for multiculturalism and supplier diversity. We also support global and community programs that empower transitioning military veterans, young people and people with disabilities.
Building strong partnerships.
We sponsor a number of professional organizations that help us attract and develop diverse talent in all areas of our business. Some of our partnerships:
Not just talk. Action.
Our senior leadership team reflects the diversity of our workforce and the global marketplace we serve. We are firmly focused on ensuring that all great talent – regardless of age, race, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual preference or other human characteristic – has an opportunity to contribute to ADP’s success.
Inspiring women in technology.
Meet Isabel Espina Carvajal, recipient of the 2016 Woman of Vision award from the Anita Borg Institute. She’s Chief Data Architect at our Innovation Lab where “pure ideation” is her daily mantra. She came up with the game-changing interface that powers a seamless mobile experience for our clients and continues to reimagine how we do business.
Isabel is paving the way to the future and encouraging young women with a passion for technology “to think about what you love to do and look at technology as an enabler to make those things happen.” Isabel believes that “women are natural innovators” who must consistently find ways to be creative in their work and home lives. We couldn’t agree more.
Sharing what we have in common.
A love of fun. A passion for our work. And the inspiration we get from one another.
Learning from each other.
“ADP’s Business Resource Groups help associates connect globally with a network of people that share common interests and experiences. These connections make ADP stronger as a company, by helping to:
- Promote the value of diversity and cultural awareness.
- Accelerate associate engagement, retention and career development.
- Support talent acquisition initiatives through new avenues.
- Identify business and volunteer outreach opportunities.
- Address changing business demands with an eye on the next generation.
- Build relationships with diverse markets in our communities.
- Enhance our products to meet the needs of diverse associate populations around the world.”
We’re proud that Diversity Inc. ranked ADP as the #8 Top Company for Employee Resource Groups (2015). “Our Business Resource Groups are great vehicles for engaging associates and connecting the importance of diversity to our business,” says Rita Mitjans, Chief Diversity and Corporate Social Responsibility Officer.
