WHAT YOU’LL DO: Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work with ADP’s talented team to build the next generation of the Field Service Operations Organization.
- Work in a team environment to improve process performance
- Apply analytics to solve business problems and identify opportunities to remove nonvalue added tasks and increase productivity and efficiencies across the Field Service Operations processes
- Analyze data sets to identify opportunities that improve the customer experience and increase operational efficiencies
- Complete process flows and motion time studies of processes
- Create clear business process documentation to the granular level for associates (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Communicate weekly project progress updates
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- You have completed at least 3 years of a 4-year bachelor’s degree program.
- Have a passion for process improvements
- Proficiency with analytical tools and techniques
- Demonstrated “Growth Mindset” with a passion for innovative thinking
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in data mining, and operations research is strongly preferred
- Preferred working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, Visio, SQL, Minitab, Tableau, Alteryx
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical), Applied Statistics, Applied Operations Research, or Business

The culture at ADP is very collaborative. One of the things I found when I came in is that you can ask anybody anything and they are willing to help you. They are very engaged in the job that they do and they love to understand what you are doing as well.
