ADP recrute un spécialiste expérimenté l’Implantation de la Paie.
Dans ce poste, vous aiderez nos clients à maximiser les solutions d’affaires exceptionnelles d’ADP afin qu’ils puissent se concentrer sur ce qui compte le plus pour eux : la croissance de leur entreprise.

Responsabilités:
- Mettre en œuvre les solutions d’ADP pour les clients, en suivant les directives d’ADP, et conformément aux attentes des clients.
- Responsable de tous les aspects du projet, y compris l’analyse, la configuration, la validation et la résolution de problèmes.
- Appliquer les connaissances de l’industrie et des produits pour optimiser les configurations des systèmes et les mises à niveau des produits.
- Configurer avec succès la conversion de nouvelles entreprises à la plateforme d’ADP et assurer un haut degré de satisfaction des clients tout en maintenant une productivité élevée.
- Fournir des rapports réguliers sur l’état d’avancement de l’implantation aux parties prenantes, en soulignant les problèmes critiques pour la direction et l’état général du projet.
- Assurer la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients par la livraison de solutions dans les délais définis par le client.
- Assurer l’exactitude de tous les aspects de l’installation du client
- Échanger des informations courantes avec les membres de l’équipe de projet du client, notamment sur les priorités, les délais et les problèmes qui se présentent.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la paie
- Solides compétences en MS Office (Word/Excel) requises.
- Connaissance de la gestion de projet
- Connaissance générale des systèmes d’exploitation et des concepts Internet
- Compétences efficaces en communication
- Capacité à collaborer et à travailler avec efficacité au sein d’équipes interfonctionnelles.
Formation :
– Formation postsecondaire ou expérience professionnelle connexe.
– La certification PCP et/ou CPM est un atout.

Responsibilities:
- Implement ADP’s solutions for clients, following ADP guidelines, and in accordance with client expectations
- Responsible for all aspects of project, including analysis, configuration, validation and problem solving.
- Apply industry and product knowledge to optimize system configurations and product upgrades
- Implement successful new business conversions to ADP platform and ensuring a high degree of client satisfaction while maintaining high productivity
- Provide regular implementation status reports to stakeholders, highlighting critical issues for management and overall status of project
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within client-defined timeliness
- Ensure accuracy of all aspects of client set up
- Exchange routine information with members of client project team, including priorities, timeliness, issues as they arise
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in payroll capacity
- Strong MS Office Skills (Word/Excel) required
- Project management knowledge
- General knowledge of operating systems and internet concepts
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to collaborate & work effectively within cross functional teams
Education:
- Post-secondary education or related business experience.
- PCP and/or CPM certification is an asset.
