Mission :
Au sein de la Direction Pilotage & relation clients RH Digital, le Responsable de compte fonctionnel a la responsabilité de la relation Client liée aux offres HR Intelligence, HR Process, HR Training ainsi qu’aux offres digitales (Coffres fort Employeur, Salariés et IRP).
Il est l’interlocuteur privilégié des experts et décideurs clients et accompagne les clients afin de garantir et de pérenniser le partenariat avec ADP.
Activités principales :
- Adapter et déployer l’approche de gestion du Client en fonction de son contexte et ses besoins
- Construire une solution personnalisée pour le Client en garantissant la mise en œuvre de nos prestations et en respectant les processus Clients / ADP définis contractuellement.
- Coordonner l’ensemble des acteurs ADP intervenant dans le processus de production du service en respectant le budget, la qualité et les délais.
- Animer les différentes instances (internes et externes) de pilotage et de suivi
- Présenter des indicateurs pertinents (performance et qualité) sur les prestations ADP et mettre en œuvre un plan d’action pertinent.
