Un(e) Chef(fe) de projets Amélioration Continue en alternance
Rattaché(e) au Responsable du département Business Process Improvement de la BU ADP France, au sein d’une
équipe de Quatre Collaborateurs(trices), votre mission consistera à aider les chefs de projets à faciliter le
changement, coordonner des chantiers d’Amélioration continue et diffuser la culture Lean au sein de l’organisation
en vue de répondre aux enjeux stratégiques de performance optimale et concurrentielle d’ADP.
Sous la responsabilité de votre tuteur, vous apprendrez à appliquer les méthodes d’excellence opérationnelle telles
que le Lean Management, la méthode DMAIC, AGILE ou même Six Sigma et serez en interaction avec les managers
et collaborateurs contributeurs de la BU.
Vos principales missions seront :
L’assistance à l’animation, la coordination et le suivi de projets d’amélioration ou de résolution de
problèmes
Selon votre aisance et votre degré d’apprentissage : prise en charge d’ateliers Kaizen / Brainstorming en
toute autonomie.
L’aide à la communication des projets en rédigeant des supports sur Powerpoint, des newsletters, …
La définition, la mise en place et le suivi des indicateurs de performance de processus (Excel, Power BI)
Savoir être d’un chef de projet en alternance :
Être à l’aise pour animer un groupe
Avoir un bon esprit de synthèse
Savoir respecter les consignes tout en étant force de proposition
Savoir faire preuve de rigueur et de méthode
Maitriser les tableaux croisés dynamique d’Excel
Optionnel mais utile : maitriser l’anglais, connaitre Power BI
Vous êtes en formation Bac+3 en gestion de projet, Amélioration Continue ou Lean ? Vous avez envie d’appliquer la
théorie et vous investir au sein d’un grand groupe aux enjeux internationaux ? Vous êtes force de proposition,
curieux(se) et on vous reconnait une énergie positive ? N’hésitez pas, ce poste d’alternance est fait pour vous.
