J’apprécie d’arriver au travail et de ne pas simplement me dire : « je vais répondre à des appels ». En réalité, j’informe le client, et je fais en sorte que cela se passe le mieux possible pour lui. Lorsque vous passez du temps à leur expliquer les choses, les clients sont toujours reconnaissants. J’ai créé beaucoup de liens comme ça.
