Client Services Consultant (iHCM) English/Dutch
Are you service minded, do you like variety in your work and do you like working in a team? Then read on quickly because we are looking for you! To expand our team, we are looking for an iHCM Client Service Consultant (NL speaking).
Where will you be working?
ADP is the international market leader in the field of integrated HR and payroll solutions (HCM: Human Capital Management) and therefore an expert in your field. We offer you a challenging position within a professional and international organization. You will have the opportunity to use your talent to the full and bring your expertise to our customers.
Our office is in Barcelona, where you will be working with a nice team of ca. 20 enthusiastic colleagues – working from Bucharest, Romania and Barcelona. The working language within the team is Dutch, and internally within ADP, English. It is therefore important that you have a good command of English as well as Dutch, both verbally and in writing.
What will you be doing?
As an iHCM Client Service Consultant, you are the contact person for mainly Dutch-speaking clients who have questions about iHCM. You are their first point of contact and for 90% you will be in contact with HR or Payroll employees. There are different ways for the client to contact you: by phone, chat or through our ticket system. This offers you the platform, space and time to properly address the customers and come to an appropriate answer or solution. iHCM is a very extensive software for HR and Payroll Administration, which in turn consists of several modules. You can expect questions on the following topics, among others:
• Leave and absence
• Expenses
• Time registration
• Employee data
• Reporting
• Documents
• Organization
Before you start working, you will first receive an extensive training in which you will be well supervised and there is plenty of room to develop yourself. Every day, you will be given a piece of the theory which you will put into practice by making assignments in the test environment. Shortly after that, you will start working with real-life cases. After ca. 2 months, the training period will be finished and you will be ready to go live; you will soon be handling your first incoming calls!
Who are you?
You love to help customers as much as possible and enjoy answering their questions. In addition, you are a team player and can work well with other departments. Because you deal with a wide variety of tickets, you know how to prioritize the most important issues first. You communicate clearly and you stand firm. You are eager to learn, curious and are interested in HR-related matters. You have a higher professional education (HBO) in work- and thinking level.
